    These made-from-scratch bakery-style Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes (from a secret bakery recipe) are extra moist, flavorful and surprisingly easy to make! This recipe starts with my Moist and Fudgy Chocolate Cupcakes. Frost them with the creamiest and lightest Peanut Butter Buttercream and you will have the perfect match.

    For an extra chocolatey version of these peanut butter cup cupcakes, fill them with easy fudgy chocolate ganache for a "Peanut Butter Fudge" cupcake.

    • 1 x batch Moist and Fudgy Chocolate Cupcakes
    • 1 to 2 x batch Creamy Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting depending on your preferred amount of frosting
    • 1 x batch Easy Fudgy Chocolate Ganache optional, for drizzle or optional filling
    • 18 Mini Peanut Butter Cups optional

    • Round Cupcake Tip
    • 18 inch Disposable Frosting Bag
    • Squeeze Bottle

    Decoration Ideas
     

    • To decorate these cupcakes I used a round cupcake tip and drizzled them with ganache drizzle from a squeeze bottle. I topped them with mini Reeses peanut butter cups.

    This melt-in-your-mouth "bakery-style" peanut butter cream cheese frosting from Amycakes Bakery is light, creamy and delicious. Use it to frost your favorite cake or cupcakes.
    A 1x batch will frost and fill one 6" three-layer cake or about 14 cupcakes generously and a 2x batch will frost and fill one 8" three-layer cake or about 28 cupcakes generously.

    This fudgy chocolate ganache cake and cupcake filling is incredibly easy with only two ingredients! It is deliciously rich and fudgy and received many compliments at Amycakes Bakery. This versatile chocolate ganache recipe can be used as a cake filling, cupcake filling, or drizzle.
    A 1x batch will fill one 6" three-layer cake or about 18 cupcakes (with a little extra for drizzling). A 2x batch will fill one 8" three-layer cake or about 36 cupcakes (with a little extra for drizzling).
