This super quick two-ingredient caramel drizzle is perfect for caramel drip cakes and cupcake decorations!
This is my easy go-to caramel drip! It looks beautiful on fall cakes like carrot cake or pumpkin spice cake and would also pair well with old-fashioned banana cake.

It also works great as a cupcake filling--simply core the cupcake using a cupcake corer and fill the cupcake with the caramel drizzle from a squeeze bottle. It will soak into the cupcake and make a creamy caramel treat.

📖 Recipe
Super Easy Caramel Drizzle
Equipment
Ingredients
- 116 grams (⅔ cup) Kraft Caramel Bits
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Combine the caramel bits and cream in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in the microwave at 30-second increments, stirring well after each heat. Switch to a whisk once the caramel bits are mostly melted. Lots of whisking will help the caramel bits melt faster and prevent overcooking.
- Pour into a squuze bottle and drizzle onto the sides of cakes or on top of cupcakes.
