Super Moist Mini Cakes topped with Fluffy Vanilla Cream Cheese Buttercream and a Red Velvet Cake Truffle.

Bake the Cake in a Sheet Pan and use a cookie cutter to make 6 2-layer Mini cakes.  Use the Cake Scraps to make Mini Cake Truffles and Red Velvet Dust.

Perfect for Mini Valentine's Day Cakes.  Box them in a mini cake box and tie it with red twine.
