Pumpkin Cream Pie: a recipe from Amycakes Bakery


– Prepared Pumpkin Pie – Cream Cheese – Heavy Cream – Cinnamon – Pumpkin Puree - Instant Pudding Mix or    Instant Clearjel

Either make a traditional pumpkin pie or purchase a 9" or 10" premade pumpkin pie.


Blend the pumpkin cream cheese mousse ingredients together.


Whip the vanilla whipped cream and fold it into the pumpkin mousse.  Spread the layers on the Pumpkin cream cheese pie.
