This extra moist banana cake with cream cheese frosting will remind you of grandma's recipe!
- Over ripe bananas - Buttermilk - Oil - Flour - Sugar - Butter
Follow our easy instructions for success!
Blend the overripe bananas until they make a smooth puree. If using thawed frozen bananas, save the "banana juice" for the wet ingredients.
Combine the banana cake wet and dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add melted salted butter to the cake batter.
Pour the banana cake into your cake pan(s) and bake at 325 degrees.
