I know there are a lot of versions of monster cookies, but this bakery recipe is an EASY flourless cookie dough that makes the softest, chewiest, most addictive cookies.

We start by blending butter, peanut butter, white and brown sugar, then some eggs and vanilla.
Add a mixture of oats, baking soda, and a little instant pudding mix.
You can mix in M&Ms or Reeces Pieces if you want; I love them with just a lot of chocolate chips. They are so good!
